Candidates submitting an online application for an OD certificate are asked to enter their personal information and educational details (such as their PC, CMM, SSC, and photo). JNTUK Original Degree (OD) Apply Process Step By Step:
Required Documents:
- Photocopy of Provisional Certificate (PC).
- Photocopy of Consolidated Marks Memo (CMM).
- Photocopy of SSC/10th Class Memo (SSC)
- Recent passport-sized photograph of the student.
- Photocopy of Aadhaar Front
- Photocopy of Aadhaar Back
- Original University Identity Card (if applicable).
- Degree Marksheets (if applicable).
- Pay fees (as per the university notification).

Step-1:- Student OD Registration

After successful registration, it will ask you to login, give your email and password and login.
Step-3:- Check Eligibility & Fees of Application
Note: If you are Eligible for Applying Original Degree it shows ” You are eligible for applying Original Degree Certificate with fee of *** only.


For few candidates it will show 2500, for few candidates 3500 as per below.


Step By Step Procedure to apply Original Degree Certficate please follow below steps.

Here will have total 5 steps.
1. Terms & Conditions:
Instructions for Applying Original Degree Certificate
- Please verify the Student name, Father name Printed on Provisional Certificate exactly as per SSC. If any mistake found immediately correct your PC in University(Examination Section) by person and then upload the modified details.
- Dont upload the passport size photgraph which is taken by the Mobile, Laptop etc.
- Upload a recent colour passport size photograph which will be printed on the Original Degree certificate and size between 50kB and 100 kB.
- Please Fill the appropriate Address for which the Applied Certificate will be Post.
- Please Enter Valid Email Address and Contact Numbers.
- Upload scanned (in colour and clearly visible) copies of SSC, PC and CMM in pdf format. The maximum size of each document is 200 kB.
- Upload scanned (in colour and clearly visible) copies of semester marks memos in pdf/Zip format. The maximum size of document is 500 kB.
- NOTE: The Candidate who make payment through challan, have to submit the hard copy of payment receipt, xerox copies of SSC, PC, CMM, AADHAAR, (MARKS MEMOMS for PG students) and PHOTO at University Examination Section.

After accepting the terms and conditions step 1 was completed.

Now go with step 2.
2. Upload Personal Details:
- Please Enter the Details Carefully
- Enter Student name & Father name as per SSC
- Please verify the Student name, Father name Printed on Provisional Certificate as per SSC. If any mistake found immediately correct your PC in University/College (Examination Section) and then upload the modified details.
- Please Fill the appropriate Address for which the Applied Certificate will be Post
- Only the online applied original degree certificate will be sent by post
- The printed Migration certificate will not be send by post it should be collected from the university.
- Please Enter Correct Email Address and primary Number & secondary number.
- The online application is kept in pending if there is any mistakes
- Before clicking on save cross check all the data and then save it.

After save step 2 also completed.

Now go with step 3.
3. Upload Documents:
- Dont upload the passport size photgraph which is taken by the Mobile, Laptop etc.
- Upload a recent colour passport size photograph as per the specifications given on the left. This photograph will be printed on the Original Degree certificate. The size of the photograph shall be between 50kB and 100 kB.
- Upload scanned (in colour and clearly visible) copies of SSC, PC and CMM in pdf format. The maximum size of each document is 200 kB.
- Upload scanned (in colour and clearly visible) copies of semester marks memos in pdf/Zip format. The maximum size of document is 500 kB.

Click on choose file and upload the file and then click on upload so that it will upload and it show as shown below. And before uploading documents make sure all documents are correct and upload correct documents.

After all the uploads shows Successful then click on save to go to next step.

Now go with step 4.
4. Bank Payment Fee:
- Please Enter the Details Carefully
- The student / college/ customer has to confirm the fee amount to be paid is correct under right service/ head, i.e. Provisional Certificate, Original Degree Certificate,Migration, Examination fee, etc.
- Application will be processed only upon receipt of required fee. Application with insufficient payment will not be processed/ entertained.
- Application/Service fee + service charges + Taxes as applicable; will be debited from student / college/ customer account.
- Wrong payment, i.e., payment for one head/service instead of the desired / intended head/ service will not be refunded. (Ex. Payment made for Provisional Certificate actually intended to pay for Original Degree certificate will not be refunded.)
- Payment made for one service will not be considered / Adjusted for other services.
- Request for refund of excess payment shall be made within 7 working days. Excess payment will be refunded only upon submission of proof for genuine cause. However, the decision of the University is final for refund of excess payment. In case of refund, service charges + taxes as applicable will be debited from the student/ college/ customer account.

In the payment fee step we can select the normal od or tatkal od.
Normal & Tatkal OD:
Example:- Normal is 3500, then tatkal is 5000 (3500 + 1500) If Normal is 2500 then tatkal is 4000 (2500 + 1500)
1500 is extra payment for tatkal if you opt for it.

Check all details and select normal or tatkal for mode of applying and then click on next payment.

Here we can opt Debit/Credit card or internet banking/UPI. After sucessfull payment completed do not refresh wait till page loading completed once page load completed it open below page.

Click on online services and login again to od portal and see the status.

Check Step 1 to Step 4 all steps are completed or not. If the Bank payment fee step is pending wait for 1 day and see. Once all steps completed.
Now got to step 5.
5. View Data:

When we click on view data it show all filled details as shown below,


After all details checked click on declaration and check box and then download the application for future reference. Once this step completed close or logout from the portal and login again and see the all 5 steps are completed as shown below.

Important Note:
After Apply For Original Degree (OD) Directly For JNTUK By uploading all correct Documents. The Original Degree (OD) Will Be Made Ready Within 45 Days Of Time After Submission & Will Be Sent To The Given Address à Normal
Soft copy will get with a week/day also some time a tatkal process.
Hard Copy for tatkal process be with 1 week/ 2 weeks à tatkal process.

Select Certificate type as “Original Degree” and Enter “Hall Ticket No” And then hit on submit it will show od status.
